If you want significant growth, you need significant change

Pastors/Ministry Leaders/CEOs:

As you grow, there will always be change. A leader’s job is to direct constructive change toward God’s desired future. LCU’s MaxCEO Program of Leadership and Growth will show you how to introduce a culture of learning, honesty, and innovation that will use the unique gifts of your team to solve all the challenges a growing organization will face.

Using this scriptural system will turn chaos into unity in any church, ministry, or business. You don’t need to focus on maintenance, crisis, and chaos. It’s time to innovate and build something for God.

What our students are saying…

I saw how much I did not know

Although it was challenging at times, and I wanted to quit, the grace of God kept me going. At times I did not even know if would have enough funds to pay for the classes each month, but God always provided.

During my studies here, I have grown so much in God's Word. I thought I knew the Word until taking these classes. I saw how much I did not know.

During this time, God also revealed and confirmed to me the ministry He has called me to ministering and counseling people. I was so overwhelmed when He revealed my calling that I wanted to run around the classroom!

My life has changed tremendously through the teachings I received at LCU.

F. H., Miramar, FL

LCU opened the door for me to walk in the path God had planned for me!

I began taking LCU classes because I wanted to study the Word more deeply. I never realized I was being set-up by God to minister in a totally new way! The first time I stood behind a pulpit to minister, I knew it was what I was created to do.

Now, I serve several days a week in my local church and minister when needed. I am also our LCU Campus director and a faculty member.

LCU opened the door for me to walk in the path God had planned for me all along.

To know and share these truths is the driving force of my life

The great teachings from the Word of God, so masterfully taught by LCU's professors, are my greatest joy. To know and share these truths with my brothers is the driving force of my life.

I now serve as Volunteer Chaplain at Arizona State Prison Complex in Kingman. This facility houses approximately 3500 inmates. We (the Holy Spirit and me) started a Bible study in the summer of 2011, with about 6 men. On Easter of 2013, I preached the Risen Christ to over 300 men, and many of them received Jesus as their Lord and Savior! Glory to God!

The effect this ministry has had upon our home church is powerful as well. My wife, Diane, serves right by my side in the prison. We have brought over 40 members of our church into the prison with us. We have water baptized 28 inmates. I am often asked by our church members, "When are we going back to the prison?" They tell me, "I could feel God's presence so strongly while we were there."

Thank you, LCU! Your dedication to the Word of God is transforming lives.
