Facing Reality

Pastors/Ministry Leaders/CEOs:

God is a builder, enlarger, creator, expander, and innovator. He doesn’t start something He doesn’t want to continue to build.

At the same time, growth without change is impossible! LCU’s MaxCEO Program of Leadership and Growth will help you make the changes you need to stay strong in you calling and fulfill it, to accomplish all that God has tasked you to do, to build a succession plan and leave a lasting legacy, training future generations of God’s leaders.

If you are the only one facing reality, you are working alone – which is never God’s plan. You need people to help you, so the vision God gave you can become a reality. You need team members who wake up in the middle of the night with innovative ideas to turn the obstacles you face into opportunities.

Be the leader God intended!

The LCU/MaxCEO Program of Leadership and Growth provides innovative, interactive training that serves as the leadership development system for your entire church or organization.

You and your executive team receive step-by-step instruction and practical application in God’s scriptural system of mentorship, coaching, team training, and involvement which results in maximized growth, innovation, and personal satisfaction.

These 54 team training sessions can be taken online, either as a Certificate Program or as an expanded Degree Program.  For details, click here to learn more: https://lcuonline.com/maxceo/)

What our students are saying…

Using my evangelism style

While in class studying evangelism, it was interesting to discover my evangelism style was "testimonial." I never knew I had a "style." The class assignment was to use our evangelism style to minister to an unsaved person. We were instructed to think of three people and choose one to accomplish this goal. I chose my three, but God had another plan.

The very next day, a young lady called our office seeking someone to talk to and pray with her. I work in the Social Service department for Catholic Charities and people often mistake our organization for a church. Most times, I tell people we are not a church and attempt to refer them to a nearby Catholic church.

This time, I told the young lady we were not a church, but I would love to talk with her and pray with her. One hour later, I was leading her to Christ, using my testimonial evangelism style. God knew I needed to see the power of what I had learned and the power it has to help save lives. I'm loving LCU!

I saw how much I did not know

Although it was challenging at times, and I wanted to quit, the grace of God kept me going. At times I did not even know if would have enough funds to pay for the classes each month, but God always provided.

During my studies here, I have grown so much in God's Word. I thought I knew the Word until taking these classes. I saw how much I did not know.

During this time, God also revealed and confirmed to me the ministry He has called me to ministering and counseling people. I was so overwhelmed when He revealed my calling that I wanted to run around the classroom!

My life has changed tremendously through the teachings I received at LCU.
