Questions are your greatest leadership tool!

Pastors/Ministry Leaders/CEOs:

There is an art to asking the right questions of the right people and the right time. LCU’s MaxCEO Program of Leadership and Growth will give you the skills you need to create a learning environment where team members can grow by sharing giftings, abilities, experiences, knowledge and insights, thereby building impact and increasing productivity.

Jesus asked a lot of questions – and so should you! Capitalize on teachable moments to coach, teach, train, and mentor your team. Don’t just build your organization: build people who can help you build an organization!

Be the leader God intended!

The LCU/MaxCEO Program of Leadership and Growth provides innovative, interactive training that serves as the leadership development system for your entire church or organization.

You and your executive team receive step-by-step instruction and practical application in God’s scriptural system of mentorship, coaching, team training, and involvement which results in maximized growth, innovation, and personal satisfaction.

These 54 team training sessions can be taken online, either as a Certificate Program or as an expanded Degree Program.  For details, click here to learn more: https://lcuonline.com/maxceo/)

What our students are saying…

LCU has opened up endless opportunities

Life Christian University has opened up endless opportunities and possibilities in the ministry. LCU gave me the confidence to become the Founder and President of Operation Living Hope, a non-profit charity bringing hope and a fresh start to families and individuals in need of the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.

LCU gave me the sharpened and structured ability to move forward in publishing my first book, To God Be The Glory with West Bow Press.

I have also studied to become a certified Chaplain LCU again prepared me for this very rigorous program!

Thank you, Life Christian University! You bring freedom in learning more about our Father God in such a beautiful and rewarding way!

I feel more skilled in the Word of God

I feel more skilled in the Word of God, and I have become more sensitive to the leading of the Holy Spirit. I feel more comfortable in praying for the sick, the lost, and others in need whether in a church setting or out within the community.

Declaring God's healing power

Studying at LCU has taught me the importance of not just speaking about the Word of God but preaching the truth of God's holy Word, not only in church but wherever it might be that I minister.

In November of 2016, while I was declaring God's Word and His healing power to residents at a nursing home, they began not only to declare God's healing power but to receive their healing! Praise God!
